Many browser-based issues can occur if a SCORM course is loading files which are hosted remotely. Remote files are not contained within the SCORM course package that is upload to Fuse. Check with the browser console/inspector to see if there are any files loading from outside of fuseuniversal.com. It is strongly recommended that all assets be contained within the SCORM course package.
