  1. On the navigation bar, click the Notifications icon. 

    The notifications dropdown appears. 
  2. Click View All.

    The Your Notifications screen appears.
  3. Locate the approval notification and click one of the following:
    • Approve: The applicant is approved to take the SCORM course. Their status is shown as "Approved" and the user is notified of the approval. 
    • Reject: The applicant is not approved to take the SCORM course. If you have clicked Rejectclick this button, you must enter a message to the applicant, explaining the reasons for being rejected.
