If you have reportees assigned to you in Fuse, you will see a Manager/Reportee link on the sidebar. The Manager/Reportee screen is configured and customised in Design Studio and displays information about your reportees, such as learning plan progress, reportee engagements, leaderboard rankings, and items that are ready to be signed off in each reportee’s evidence portfolio.
Prerequisites
The Manager/Reportee screen only appears on the sidebar if you have reportees assigned to you in the Report field in your user profile. If you do not have any reportees, the link is not visible on the sidebar.

Expand the sidebar.
Click Manager/Reportee.
