If you are a manager with reportees, you will see the Manager/Reportee link on the sidebar. The Manager/Reportee screen is configured and customised in Design Studio using widgets, and is a convenient place for managers to view information about all their reportees, such as learning plan progress, content engagement and leaderboard rankings. If configured, managers can also sign off items of content from a reportee’s evidence portfolio, Sign off view answers to comprehension questions, approve access to SCORM courses, and approve event attendance requests.

  1. Expand the sidebar.

Configuring the default Manager/Reportee screen for all managers in Fuse

If you are an admin, you can customise define the default layout of the Manager/Reportee screen layout for all managers in Fuse. This is managers across Fuse. This layout can be configured using the Default Manager Dashboard tab in Design Studio. This layout acts as the standard layout that and applies to managers across Fuse by default.

  1. Expand the sidebar, click Admin.
    The Admin Panel appears.

  2. Click Design Studio.


    Design Studio appears.

  3. Click the Default Manager Dashboard tab.

  4. Drag the desired widgets onto the layout grid and resize them to the desired width.

  5. Click Publish.

    The layout is saved. Go to the Manager/Reportee screen to view the changes.

specific role types

If you are an admin, you can define the layout of the Manager/Reportee screen for specific role types. For example, you might have a custom profile field in each user’s profile called “Management”, with the options for regional managers, such as Stockholm managers, New York managers and Paris managers. You might customise the layout of the default Manager/Reportee screen for each of these regional manager types, which overrides the default layout. This is the standard layout that applies to managers across Fuse by defaultcan be done using the Manager Specific Dashboard tab in Design studio.

  1. Expand the sidebar, click Admin.

  3. Click the Manager Specific Dashboard tab.

  5. From the dropdown, select your a custom profile field from the dropdown.

  8. From the Edit Layout dropdown, select the profile field option that will apply to this layout. For example, you want to configure the Default Manager Dashboard tab.
