Date course completed | The date the user last completed the learning plan. For example, 2022-07-13 13:07:54 UTC. |

Family name | The surname of the user assigned to the learning plan, as recorded in their profile. For example, Smith. |
Last login | The most recent date in which the user signed in to Fuse. For example, 12/07/2022 14:28:38. |
Registration date | The date on which the user was assigned to the learning plan. For example, 12/07/2022 13:58:40. |
Learning plan ID | The ID of the learning plan to which the user is assigned. |
Reset Date | The date the learning plan is due to reset. Initial completions for recurring learning plans do not have reset dates, which means the Reset Date column in this report will be empty for each user’s initial completion. The initial completion is when the user completes a recurring learning plan for the very first time once they’ve been assigned.  |
Community name | The name of the community in which the learning plan exists. |
Given name | The forename of the user assigned to the learning plan, as recorded in their profile. For example, John. |
Username | The username of the user assigned to the learning plan, as recorded in their profile. For example, john.smith. |
Last activity | The date and time of the user’s last activity in Fuse. For example, this might be a social interaction in Fuse, such as liking or commenting on an item of content. For example, 13/07/2022 15:13:11. |
Terms accepted | Whether or not the user has accepted the terms and conditions when first signing in to Fuse.
