Items of content in the Recommended and Most Recent lists tabs are ranked in that same way as in the Feed widget, which means:
The Most recent tab orders ranks content based on when it was posted to Fuse, with the most recently posted content appearing at the top of the feed.
The Recommended tab shows content from communities you belong to, ranked based on the number of likes, views, shares and comments received, with the most popular content at the top of the feed.
