The Imports screen in the Admin panel allows admins to bulk import users, content view data, and legacy SCORM course data to Fuse, as well as change manager-reporter relationships in bulk by importing a CSV file. The Imports screen consists of the following tabs:

Important!

  • You can only upload CSV files when importing data via the Imports screen - attempting to import other file formats will cause the import to fail

  • Any mandatory CSV headers must be spelled correctly, otherwise the import will fail
