By default, the Recently added content screen displays a list of recently posted content from communities you belong to, including questions, videos, links, files, and articles. If the Recently added content screen contains a lot of content, you can filter the list by type, time period, recency, most views, and most likes.

Expand the sidebar.
The sidebar opens.
Click Recently added content.
