The You can access the Team Progress dashboard by clicking the Team Progress tab is visible on the My learning plans screen. This tab is only visible when if you have reportees assigned to you in your profile.
Reportees and managers can be assigned to a user in the Manager/Report details section of their Personal settingsscreen, as shown below:

Expand the sidebar and click Learning plans.
The My learning plans screen appears.
Click the Team Progress tab.
