Existing learning plans with an expiry and reset date
Existing learning plans that have both with an expiry and reset date, created prior to the introduction release of recurrent learning, should must be created again as a brand new learning plan. This ensures that these learning plans continue to expire the expiry and reset dates work correctly.

You do not need to create new versions of these learning plans.
