If you are a community admin, you can create learning plans and control which users have access. Learning plans allow you to group topics, events, event occurrences, and SCORM courses related to specific subject areas into modules. 

Example:

If you are the admin of the Human Resources community, you might create a learning plan to help new employees learn about essential processes and procedures in the organisation.
