Overview

This documentation is designed to help when performing integrations between a customer's HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and Fuse platform.

Benefits of the HRIS Integration

An HRIS integration with Fuse can remove much of the administration overheads associated with managing users at scale.

  • Our Audience Management functionality provides powerful conditional statements logic-based rules to automatically manage client Fuse users, the Audience Management logic is based on user profile fields and these can be automatically synchronized with an HRIS the allocation of users to communities and their learning plans can be automated.

    • For example, if a user changes role or location within the business and this is reflected within their Fuse user profile via the automated HRIS integration, Audience Management can automatically reassign them to new Fuse communities and learning plans. No manual community or learning plan assignment is required.

How to provision users on Fuse Platform?

There are currently three ways to provision users in our platform:

    • Please see our SLA for more information and terms.

  • The Fuse API Manage Users Endpoint supports all the usual HRIS user lifecycle flows that you would expect:

    • Create user, Update user, Deactivate user, Reactivate user, Wipe user personal data;

  • Customers can fully automate their Fuse onboarding and offboarding processes as required.
