You can add communities to your Favourites list, by clicking the Favourites icon on the community homepage, giving you quick access to them. Currently there is a known issue, in which a community stays in the Favourites list after you have left the community, as shown below.
You can clear the community from the list by hovering over the community and clicking the x.
