Content tab

You can see the content that the other user has created that you have permission to see.

Note: If an item of content is in a private community that you are not a member of, that item of content won’t be visible in the list.

You can see the tab and all content your reportee has posted.

You can see the activities of the other user.

You can see all the activities of the user.

Events tab

You can see events the user has attended in the past and will attend in future, that they have permission to see.

You can see the events your reportee has attended and will attend in future.

You can see the events your reportee has attended and will attend in future.

Courses tab

You can see all completed courses that you have permission to see. 

You can see all the learning plans your reportee has started and completed.

You can see all the learning plans the user has completed but cannot see the learning plans that are still in progress.

Certificates tab

You can see certificates for SCORM courses that the user has been awarded, that you have permission to see.

You can see the certificates awarded to your reportee after completing SCORM courses.

You can see the certificates awarded to the user after completing SCORM courses.

Communities tab

You can see a list of communities the user belongs to, that you have permission to see.

Note: You can only see private communities that you are both members of. If the user is a member of a private community that you are not a member of, that community is not visible.

Manager can see a list of communities their reportee belongs to that they have permission to see.

Exports tab

You can export data in a CSV for the courses, content, content views, and events relating to your reportee.

If there is no data available for a particular item in the list, a CSV is not available to download, and instead it will say:

If the One-to ones feature is enabled, you can see the tab and your reportee’s one-to-one goals from sessions, as well as toggle to your own goals set during those sessions.

You can see all the tab and the items your reportee has uploaded to their Evidence Portfolio, as well as see comprehension questions submitted and have the ability to them off.
