Ask members of a community a question about something you don’t know or can’t find the answer to, such as a procedure in your organisation, and members of the community and knowledge experts in your organisation can assist you by posting answers underneath it in the form of comments.

To post a question on Fuse:

  1. On the Fuse homepage, on the navigation bar, click Post


    The New content page appears.

  2. In the Enter your question here field, enter the question.

    Take note that you can create multiple questions with the same title in a community.

  3. In the text area, enter additional information about the question.

  4. If necessary, in the Tags field, enter one or more tags.  Tags make it easier for users to find content when searching. For example, if the question relates to paying an invoice, you might add the following tags. 

  5. If necessary, click Add a Thumbnail to upload a thumbnail. Adding a thumbnail to a question makes it easily recognisable and helps it stand out in a list.

  6.  In the Where would you like to upload it to? section, specify where to post the question. Select one of the following options: 

  7. In the Notifications section, you can decide who to notify when the question is posted. Select one of the following options: 

  8. Click Post.
    The question is posted to Fuse.
