This quick report provides a list of users and their progress on formal assessments attached to a selected topic, and includes the details of the topic and the assessment, including the assessment ID, the user's completion date, raw score, current assessment status (Started, Passed or Failed), and the assessment result, shown as a percentage. It also includes the details of specific assessment questions along with the answers given by each user.

Example: This report allows you to see the questions inside an assessment attached to a topic, as well as the answers users have given to specific questions and if they answered a question correctly or incorrectly. It also allows you to see if a user passed or failed the assessment. Being able to see specific questions and the given answers can be extremely useful when identifying patterns and why they happen, such as identifying why users frequently fail assessments or answer certain questions incorrectly time after time.

For example:

  • If lots of users frequently get a particular question wrong, it may need to be reworded so that they understand it better.

  • If lots of users are frequently failing an assessment, the content in the topic itself may need to be amended or updated so that users understand it better and therefore are more likely to understand and pass the assessment.
