From 1st August 2022, the graph showing page views, content views and engagement metrics on the legacy Analytics screen will no longer be available. This also means the Contributions, Average content score and My activity widgets will also cease to show data when placed on pages such as My Dashboard. Going forward, you can access data related to page views, content views and engagement metrics in Universal Analytics. For more information, see this Fuse post.

The Average content score widget can be added to the User Dashboard page in Design Studio and shows your overall content score, compared to the group leader and group average in Fuse over the last 30 days.

The User Dashboard page in Design studio controls the layout of the My Dashboard screen on the sidebar.

The following is displayed on the Average content score widget:

  • YOU: Your overall content score in Fuse.

  • GROUP LEADER: The user who currently has the highest content score in Fuse. If you are also the group leader, this column shows your score as group leader.

  • GROUP AVERAGE: The average content score out of all users.

Adding filters

If you have added the Average content score, My activity or Contributions widget, you can configure the filter options that can be selected by users when viewing the My Dashboard screen. You add a maximum of 3 custom profile fields, so that users can filter the data displayed on the Average content score, Contributions and My activity widgets. For example, you might add Age, Location and Role custom profile fields, so that users can filter the data by age, location, and role.

To add custom profile fields to the User Dashboard page:

  1. At the top of the User Dashboard page, click Settings

    The Settings popup appears.

  2. Select a maximum of 3 custom profile fields.

  3. (Optional) In the Allow the user to see section, the following options are selected by default:

    • Group Average: Users can see the average content score for the group. If this is not selected, users cannot see this information on the widget.

    • Group Leader: Users can see the content score for the group leader. If this is not selected, users cannot see this information on the widget.

  4. Click Apply

  5. Click Publish.
When users view the My Dashboard page in Fuse, they can filter the widgets so that they show information for the different groups.
