Sharing content with groups

You can share an item of content with a group you are a member of. When you share an item of content with a group, only members of that group will be notified. 

To share an item content with a group:

1. On the Content homepage for the item of content, click the Share icon.
   
2. The Share popup appears. 
   
3. Click Groups. 
   
4. Enter the name of a group you are a member of. 
   
   A list of matching groups appears in the dropdown. 
5. Select the relevant group.
   
6. [Optional] In the Enter a personal message field, enter a message for the group members.
   
7. Click Share. 
   All group members receive a share notification.
