The following insights are shown:

InsightDescription
Total Communities

Shows the total number of communities created in the Fuse instance. In the example below, 1,241 communities have been created in the Fuse instance.

Largest Membership

A list of the largest communities in the Fuse instance, based on filters selected in the Filter By section. In the example below, the Fuse Universal community is at the top of the list with 2,779 members.

Most Popular Communities

Shows a list of communities with the highest content viewership, based on filters selected in the Filter By section.

The data displayed on this bar chart is dictated by the number of users viewing content out of a percentage of users that have been assigned a community. This data is incredibly useful in understanding how engaged your communities are in proportion to all communities that exist in your Fuse instance.

It is important to remember, communities with the largest number of members are not necessarily the most popular. Some communities with far fewer members may be more popular because their small number of members have viewed more content.  In the example below, there are very few communities with large memberships. The community with the largest number of members on the chart (Fuse Product INTERNAL with 173 members) is not the most popular.

Hover over each bar in the chart to view the details. In the example below, 57% of users in the Fuse Global Internal community viewed content.
