Observations (sidebar)

Starting an observation

To start an observation:

1. Expand the sidebar () and click Observations (). 
   The Observations screen appears. 
   
2. Select a user. 
   
   The Select observation screen appears. 
3. Select an existing observation template from the list. 
   
4. Answer the observation questions. 
   
5. When you have answered all the questions, click Submit. 
   The Finish session screen appears. 
   
6. If necessary, in the Add final thoughts (Optional) field, enter any final comments. 
   
7. Click Save and Close. 
   The observation appears in the Previous observation assessments section.
