This report contains This custom report provides a list of users and their progress on completion status for formal assessments inside attached to topics. This includes the topic details, such as the topic name and ID, and the assessment details, such as the assessment ID, the user's topic completion date, raw score, current assessment status (Not Started, In progress, CompletedPassed or Failed), and the total number of points the user has scored in their latest attempt on the assessment.assessment result, shown as a percentage.

Example: This report can be used to ensure that all users in your organisation have completed and passed assessments in topics that are part of mandatory training (for example, things like vital security, data protection, or food hygiene training), which users may be required to complete in order to work safely and securely at your organisation or within your industry. You might then follow up with any users who have not successfully passed those assessments to ensure that they do. You might also generate this report as proof that all required users in your organisation have passed the assessments and then share it with key members of your organisation, such as management, trainers, auditors, or heads of department so that they are made aware.

  • not started: The topic is available to the user via the community, but the user has not completed any of the items in the topic.

  • completed: The user has completed all items in the topic
     

Note: If items are added to the topic after the user completes it, the user’s status remains “completed” in the report.

The available statuses are:

  • passed: The user has passed the assessment(s) in the topic.

  • failed: The user has attempted and failed the assessment(s) in the topic.

The date the user passed the assessment.

Raw Score

The total number of points the user has scored in their latest attempt on the assessment.

Assessment result

The number of points the user has been awarded for their assessment attempt. The weighting is set by the admin in the assessment settings. The score is either displayed as a percentage or the total number of points the user has received.

The user’s score is only displayed as a percentage, if the ‘Show score as a percentage’ option has been selected in the ‘Assessment settings’ tab for the assessment.

Assessment user status

The user’s status for the formal assessment.

The available statuses are:

  • Started: The user has started the formal assessment but has not yet answered all the questions.

  • Passed: The user has passed the formal assessment by answering all the questions in the formal assessment correctly.

  • Failed: The user has attempted the formal assessment by answering all of the questions in it but has not answered the required number of questions correctly and has therefore failed.

Assessment result
