IMPORTANT: You can provision users, including creating them and updating their details via the API using the Manage users endpoint. We recommend utilising the API endpoints first and foremost, as it is more efficient for real-time updates and seamless integration, however, if you don’t have access to the API, CSV provisioning can be used instead. |
