The learning plan progress bar increases as each item of content is completed. In previous versions, a user’s progression was calculated based on how many modules had been completed. |
Learning plans you have been assigned will appear in the Start, Revisit or Continue tabs on the Learning Plans screen, depending on your current progress and settings applied when the learning plan was created.
This table shows learning plans in the different states of progression, with different configurations, and the tabs in which they appear:

Due and reset dates
Due and reset dates are displayed on learning plan tiles. Users can see when a learning plan is due to be completed, due to be reset, is overdue, and has been completed.

The colour of a learning plan status changes as the due and reset dates get nearer. The colour also changes when a learning plan is overdue.
Examples:
If the due date is more than 4 days away, the status will appear white.
If the learning plan is less than 3 days away, the status will appear yellow.
If the learning plan is overdue, the status will appear red.

Team Progress tab
If you are a user with reportees, you can see the Team Progress tab alongside the other standard tabs. This tab allows you to monitor the progress made by your reportees on learning plans they have been assigned, including recurrent learning plans they are taking for compliance purposes. You can see when reportees have completed an assigned learning plan,

are currently in progress, have missed a deadline, or have deadlines approaching. You can also send custom reminder notifications to one or more reportees to remind them, for example, if a learning plan is overdue or has an upcoming deadline.
