Comprehension questions are used to test a user's basic understanding of a topic using free text questions. Free text questions require a user to type out their answer to a question, instead of selecting from multiple answers. Comprehension assessments must be signed off by a Fuse admin, community admin, or the user's manager once the user has completed them.
