This page lists the technical requirements for Fuse, including Fuse in the browser, Fuse mobile app, and the Screen Recorder.

Fuse (Web Browser)

All modern and up-to-date browsers are supported, including, but not limited to:

Other recommended settings are as follows:  

  • Cookies enabled
  • JavaScript enabled

Minimum

Using minimum requirements may result in reduced functionality.

Other minimum recommended settings are as follows:  

  • Flash Player 10 (for non-HTML 5 compatible browsers)

Fuse mobile app

Operating System

iOS
  • iOS 10 or above
  • 20 MB available
Android
  • 4.4 or above
  • 9 MB available
iPhones running iOS 13 and above allow users to toggle between Light Mode and Dark Mode. If an iPhone is set to Dark Mode, the status bar at the top of the screen (displaying an iPhone's network information, connectivity status, and battery life) is not visible when viewing the Fuse mobile app.

The Fuse mobile app is designed for use in portrait orientation. Turning the phone will not change the layout. When opening another application within Fuse, such as a PDF or image viewer, Fuse does not control the orientation rules and defers to the other application.

Screen Recorder

When installing the Screen Recorder, ensure you are using a supported operating system and browser.
