You can download data from the Consumption tab related to content views, in the form of reports.

The following reports can be downloaded from the Consumption tab: 


All Users report

Contains a list of Fuse users, including each user's name, unique identifier, email address, current status, and system role. 

The following standard (non-custom) Fuse fields are included:

Custom profile fields are also included in the All Users report. As custom profile fields are unique to each organisation, we have only listed standard Fuse profile fields below. 

For example, an organisation might have a custom Department field in each user's profile, displaying their department, such as Marketing, Product, IT, Sales, Development, and so on. 


HeaderDescription
User IdThe unique identifier for the user on the Fuse system. 
User E-mailThe email address associated with the user's Fuse account. 
User StatusThe status of the user will be one of the following: 
  • Active: The user is currently active. 
  • Deactivated: the user has been deactivated and no longer has access to the Fuse instance. 

A user's account can be:

  • Active: The Fuse admin has activated the user's account by selecting the Active toggle in the Manage Users screen. This means the user can access their account regardless of whether they actually choose to log in or not. 
  • Deactivated: The Fuse admin has deactivated the user's account by deselecting the Active toggle in the Manage Users screen. This means the user can no longer access their account on the Fuse instance. 
System Role

The user type.

A user can be one of the following: 

  • User: A regular Fuse user without access to administrative tools or privileges, or a Fuse user who is part of an admin group
  • Admin: A user with access to the administrative tools and privileges found in the Admin Panel
  • Other: This refers to either the Group Owner or Site Analyser user types. These user types are enabled for certain customers. If these user types are not available in your Fuse instance, the Other checkbox is not applicable. 

All Communities report

A list of communities that exist in the Fuse instance, including the total number of items of content created in the community,  and the total number of users who have engaged with content in the community. 

The following information is included: 

HeaderDescription
Community IdThe unique identifier for the community. 
Community NameThe name of the community. 
Date (Created)The date the community was created. 
Total ContentThe total number of items of content that exist in the community. 
Engaged UsersThe total number of users who have engaged with content in the community. This includes when users view, like, share, and comment on an item of content. 

All Content report

A list of items of content, including the number of views, likes, shares, and follows each item of content has amassed. 

The following information is included: 

HeaderDescription
Content IdThe unique identifier of the item of content. 
Content TitleThe title of the item of content.
Content Type

The type of content.

An item of content can be one of the following types: 

  • Content::Article: Users can compose an article and post it to a community. For example, a user might write an article about Invoice best practices and post it to their organisation's Finance community.
  • ExternalLink: Users can share useful links to a community. For example, a user might post a link about paying invoices to the organisation's Finance community.
  • Question: Users can ask a question in a community. For example, if a user does not know how to do something, they can post a question and other users can provide them with answers and guidance. 
  • ScormCourse: An industry-recognised standard, used to create and structure online training material, uploaded to Fuse as zipped package.
  • UploadedFile: A file uploaded to Fuse using the Upload button, such as a Word document, PowerPoint presentation, Excel spreadsheet, or PDF.
  • Video: A video file uploaded using the Upload button. Once uploaded, video files can be played directly in Fuse. 

Notes:

Date (Day)The date the content was interacted with.
Community IdThe unique identifier of the community in which the content exists. 
Community NameThe name of the community in which the content exists. 
Content ViewsHow many times the item of content has been viewed. 
LikesHow many times the item of content has been liked.  
SharesHow many times the item of content has been shared. 
CommentsHow many times the item of content has been commented on.
Users Engaged with ContentHow many times users have engaged with the item of content. Engagements includes liking, sharing, viewing, and commenting. 
FollowsHow many times users have followed an item of content. 
Total EngagementThe total number of times users have liked, shared, viewed, and commented on the item of content added together. 


All Views report

A list of items of content and how many times each user has viewed each item of content. 

The following information is included:

HeaderDescription
Content IdThe unique identifier of the item of content that was viewed. 
Content TitleThe title of the item of content that was viewed. 
User IdThe unique identifier of the user who viewed the item of content. 
User NameThe name of the user who viewed the item of content. 
Date (Day)The date the content was viewed.
Content ViewsThe number of times the content was viewed by the user.
