If you are a manager with reportees, you will see the Manager/Reportee link on the sidebar. The Manager/Reportee screen is configured and customised in Design Studio using widgets. It is a convenient place for managers to view information about all their reportees, such as learning plan progress, content engagement and leaderboard rankings. If configured, managers can also sign off items of content from a reportee’s evidence portfolio, Sign off comprehension questions, approve access to SCORM courses, and approve event attendance requests.

Prerequisites

The Manager/Reportee screen is only available on the sidebar if you have reportees assigned in your user profile. If you do not have reportees assigned to you, the link is not visible on the sidebar.

Accessing the Manager/Reportee screen

To access the Manager/Reportee screen:

  1. Expand the sidebar.

  2. Click Manager/Reportee.

Configuring the default Manager/Reportee screen for all managers in Fuse

If you are an admin, you can customise the default Manager/Reportee screen layout for all managers in Fuse. This is the standard layout that applies to managers across Fuse by default.

  1. Expand the sidebar, click Admin.
    The Admin Panel appears.

  2. Click Design Studio.


    Design Studio appears.

  3. Click the Default Manager Dashboard tab.

  4. Drag the desired widgets onto the layout grid and resize them to the desired width.

  5. Click Publish.

    The layout is saved.

  6. Go to the Manager/Reportee screen to view the changes.

  1. Expand the sidebar, click Admin.
