If you are currently a manager with reportees, other Fuse users can request that you become their manager. If this occurs, you will receive a Fuse notification on the sidebar enabling you to approve or decline the request. If the Reportee requests widget is enabled on the Manager Reportee screen, you can also approve or decline manager requests in the Reportee requests widget.
As well as being able to see a list of manager requests, you can also see a list of your current reportees in the Reportee requests widget.
You can send a manager request to another Fuse user by entering their name in the Manager field in your profile.
Approving a manager request in the widget
To approve a manager request:
Click the tick icon next to the user's name. 
The user becomes your reportee and their name appears in list of reportees within the widget.
