The My Dashboard screen is personal dashboard viewable to all Fuse users. This dashboard can be configured by admins in Design Studio, to display information that might be relevant to users, such as their content scores, recent activities, content they have recently posted, and learning plans to which they have been assigned.

Accessing the My Dashboard screen

To access the My Dashboard screen:

  1. Expand the sidebar.

  2. Click My Dashboard.

  3. The My Dashboard screen opens.

Configuring the User Dashboard layout

If you are an admin, you can define the layout of the My Dashboard screen, which is viewable to all Fuse users. This layout can be configured using the User Dashboard tab in Design Studio.

To configure the layout of the My Dashboard screen:

  1. Expand the sidebar and click Admin.
    The Admin Panel appears.

  2. Click Design Studio.


    Design Studio appears.

  3. Click the User Dashboard tab.

  4. Drag widgets onto the layout grid, move them to the correct positions, and resize them to the desired width. For a list of available widgets, see the Available widgets section below.

  5. Click Publish.

    The layout is saved.

Adding filters

If the Average content score and Contributions widgets are added to this screen, you can configure the filters by adding custom profile fields. You add a maximum of 3 custom profile fields, so that users can filter the data displayed on these widgets. For example, you might add Age, Location and Role custom profile fields, so that users can filter the data by age, location, and role.

To add custom profile fields to the User Dashboard so that users can filter graphs a: 

  1. At the top of the User Dashboard page, click Settings


    The Settings popup appears. 

  2. Select a maximum of 3 custom profile fields. 

  3. (Optional) In the Allow the user to see section, the following options are selected by default: 

    • Group Average: Users can see the average content score for the group. If this is not selected, users cannot see this information on the widget.

    • Group Leader: Users can see the content score for the group leader. If this is not selected, users cannot see this information on the widget.

  4. Click Apply

  5. Click Publish.
    When users view the My Dashboard page in Fuse, they can filter the widgets so that they show information for the different groups.
