The Team Progress tab is available to all managers with reportees. If you have reportees assigned in your profile, the tab is visible when viewing the My learning plans screen. You can see this tab even when your reportees are not assigned to learning plans.
Reportees and managers can be assigned in the Manager/Report details section of each user’s Personal settings screen.
