Your role and selected permissions determine what features and tabs you have access to in the Reporting beta screen. Below, you can see which tabs can be accessed by each user type:

Site admins
If you are a site admin, you can access the whole Reporting (Beta) screen, along with all the features and tabs. This includes being able to create quick and custom reports, as well as:
The My reports tab, containing all the reports you’ve created
The Shared with me tab, containing any reports that have been shared with you by other users
The All Reports tab, containing a full list of reports that have been created on the platform, including those created by other users
Admin groups with the “Manage reports” permission enabled
If you are an ordinary user that is a member of an admin group with the Manage reports permission enabled:
You can:
Access the My reports tab, containing all the reports you’ve created, as well as manage them
Access the Shared with me tab, containing any reports that have been shared with you by other users
You cannot:
Access the All reports tab.

If you are an ordinary user who is a member of an admin group with the Reporting (Beta) permission enabled:

Additional information
If you have access to the Shared with me tab but nobody has shared any reports with you currently, the tab will be empty. When someone shares a report with you, it appears in the Shared with me tab.
