Click the Share content icon on the item of content:
On the menu, click Share with Users.
The Share with Users popup appears.
Here, you can select the users with whom you want to share the content. You can manually enter a user’s name in the Add users field, as well as automatically select users who fit certain predefined categories, including:
Your Team: Users who are in
groups that you’ve set up in order to share items with directlyThese are all the users on the platform who share the same manager as you.My reports: Users who you are managing, as specified in the Report field in your profile settings.
My manager: The user who has been specified as your manager in the Manager field in your profile settings.
Optionally, you can enter a message that the recipients of the share will be able to read.
When you are ready, click Share and the content is shared with the selected recipients and they will receive a notification.
