Notifications
The Your Notifications screen in Fuse4 shows you all the notifications you have received. Most notifications are sent automatically when important things occur, such as missed learning plan deadlines, upcoming events, and when other users comment on, report, and share content. Some notifications are simply informative and notify you of something, requiring no action, whereas others may require you to do something specific, such as approve a user to attend an event, confirm that you are a user’s manager, and so on.
This page covers notifications in Fuse4. If you are using the legacy version of the platform, please refer to Notifications in the browser.
You can customise certain notification settings on the Notifications admin screen.
For information about notifications on the Fuse mobile app, see Push notifications on the mobile app.
Checking your notifications
On the navigation, you can see the number of notifications you have received next to the Notifications icon. For example, if you have received five new notifications, you will see a number 5 next to the icon:
To check your notifications, click the Notifications icon on the navigation, and you are taken to the Your Notifications screen where you can view them in more detail, and if required with certain notification types, you can take an action, such as approving and rejecting requests.
