10 February 2025 | What’s new: Fuse4: We've just launched Fuse4. This first release of Fuse4 comes with a bunch of new features and improvements, giving you a sleeker, more modern and easier to use platform, with more to come in future releases. Some of the key improvements and changes in this release are as follows: New and improved navigation: We’ve introduced a new navigation in navigation in the form of an expandable and collapsable side navigation that offers a familiar user interface similar to other popular apps, significantly reducing the learning curve and displaying all important and available features in an intuitive manner.
The “You” screen: In this first release of Fuse4, we’re laying the groundwork for the You screenthe You screen, which will evolve into a key destination for users seeking clarity and direction in their learning journey. This screen centralises all personalised content, including assigned learning plans, upcoming events and communities, as well as easy access to relevant content.
Save useful and important items: You can now quickly and conveniently save an item that is useful or important to you by clicking the Save icon on it. Save communities, topics, learning plans, events, and content that you regularly interact with, and they'll appear in the Saved screen so that you always know where they are.
History and saved items: We’ve moved the history feature out of the profile screen and into its own dedicated section on the side navigation. Additionally, we recognised that users frequently used the favourites icon and wished for more flexibility beyond 20 items, which means from now on you will have a dedicated screen to view and manage all saved items. This lays the ground work for further additions and improvements, such as allowing you to build your own playlists and more in the future.
Search in context: We’ve emphasised contextual searching by relocating the global search to the side navigation, creating a cleaner experience. For example, when viewing learning plans, you can now search and filter results specific to that context without confusion. Furthermore, we’re making search its own dedicated screen, allowing you to easily find answers and explore content such as events, learning plans, and experts.
New landing pages for communities, topics, learning plans, and events: We've rebuilt the landing pages for communities, topics, learning plans, and events. These include sleek new cards and thumbnails, and now you can search through each respective landing page using the in-page search bar, apply filters, and, for communities, topics and events, create them via the landing page.
Optimised screen space: Fuse4 supports different device sizes and can be easily viewed on desktop, smart phones, tablets and other devices.
Reporting: We've released our new Formal assessment Q&A report. This quick report provides a list of users and their progress on formal assessments attached to topics and includes the details of the topic and the assessment, but also includes the details of specific assessment questions along with the answers given by each user.
Example: This report allows you to see the questions inside an assessment attached to a topic. Being able to see the specific questions and the given answers can be extremely useful when identifying patterns and why they happen, such as identifying why users frequently fail assessments or answer certain questions incorrectly time after time.
Such as: If lots of users frequently get a particular question wrong, it may need to be reworded so that they understand it better. If lots of users are frequently failing an assessment, the content in the topic itself may need to be amended or updated so that users understand it better and therefore are more likely to understand and pass the assessment.

15 January 2025 | What’s new: Reporting: You can now create custom formal assessment reports on the Reporting screen. This custom report allows you to generate a list of users and their completion status for formal assessments attached to topics, including details such as the topic name and ID, the assessment ID, the user's completion date, raw score, current assessment status (Started, Passed or Failed), and the assessment result, shown as a percentage.
Search: From now on, answers produced by our AI Answers feature will include: A piece of introductory text stating that the given answer has been generated from the quoted content sources. A piece of text underneath that reminds users to check the original content sources being referenced in the answer.
What’s been fixed: Incorrect colours displayed on UI elements: Some users found that certain UI elements on their platform, such as toggles, buttons, selectors, and pieces of text, were showing in the wrong colours, such as pink instead of the usual predefined colour scheme for their platform. This has been fixed, meaning that those UI elements are showing in the correct colours once again.
Search: Occasionally, when an item of content had HTML in the body, formatting errors would occur in answers produced by the AI Answers feature. This has now been fixed, meaning the answers are once again formatted correctly.
