Pink Fuse post

11 December 2025

What's new:

  • Copy topics: We've added the ability to search for a topic in the Copy topics screen. This means when you are copying a topic from one community to another, you can quickly search for and select the topic you are copying across instead of manually browsing through the list for it.

  • New search experience: We are moving our search page into early access. This will be toggled off in your platform by default, so if you'd like it enabled, please reach out to your Customer Success Consultant (CSM). The new search experience not only offers a fresh look and feel, but we've simplified and improved certain features, such as introducing improved and intuitive filtering options, which can be used to narrow and refine search results.

If you have the optional AI Answers feature enabled in your platform, to make it easier and more convenient, AI-generated answers and their source content now appear above the search results, instead of opening in a separate tab.

  • AI Coach: We've moved our AI Coach feature into early access.  You can create tailored AI coaches, designed to advise and coach users in Fuse. Users can converse, learn, and reflect with coaches powered by the content in your chosen communities, meaning that the information given by a coach is always relevant to the user in your organisation.

Example: You might create a coach for an industry-specific subject area or to help with a particular soft skills gap in your organisation, such as a management and leadership coach, designed to coach all your managers on how to improve their people management and leadership skills, and to help them navigate certain scenarios, such as effectively communicating with their teams, conflict resolution, task delegation, managing reportee workloads, team alignment, and so on.

If you’d like to explore adding an AI Coach to your platform, this is available as a paid, optional enhancement. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to discuss next steps. In the meantime, you can try our Leadership Coach from the side menu in Pink Fuse.

What's been fixed:

  • Upload screen: We've fixed the following issues on the Upload screen:

    • Some ZIP files would fail to upload while others would upload successfully: Occasionally, some users found that if they attempted to upload ZIP files, they would fail, despite the fact they had uploaded other ZIP files previously.

    • Some topics were not showing in the Add to a topic chapter dropdown on the Upload screen: Some topic chapters were missing from the Add to a topic chapter dropdown on the Upload screen even though the topics existed in the selected communities.

    • The Notify Users dropdown was not showing all the available users in the selected communities: Some users found that when they selected the Notify Users option and went to select some users, they could not search for or select some of the users they wanted to notify because they were missing from the list despite the fact they were members of the selected communities.

For more details, see this post.

20 November 2025

What’s new:

  •  Upload screen: We've made the following improvements to the new Upload screen.

    • You can now notify communities during content uploads: Now, you can notify one or more of your selected communities when uploading content to the platform on the new Upload screen. Simply select the Notify communities option and then choose one or more of the communities. All community members will be notified as soon as the content is uploaded to the platform. You can also include an optional message to the recipients.

    • We've removed the file size upload limit: Previously, users were unable to upload files that were larger than 500 MB in size when using the new Upload screen. We are happy to announce that we have removed this cap, meaning it is now possible to upload larger files to the platform using the new Upload screen.

  • Reporting:

    • We've added a “Provider” column to quick and custom SCORM reports, enabling you to easily differentiate between standard SCORM courses that have been created externally and then uploaded to the platform, and Course+ courses/lessons created in the platform using Course+

    • If it is a Course+lesson, “mindsmith” or "Mindsmith" is displayed in the Provider column.

    • If it is a SCORM course that has been created externally and then uploaded to the platform, the Provider column is empty.

  • Course+: We've added the ability to resync transcripts for updated Course+ lessons. This means that when you've updated and republished a Course+ lesson in the platform, you can then resync the transcript for that updated lesson so that the platform is able to reference and surface the updated transcript in searches and AI-generated answers. To resync a transcript, after you can have updated and republished the lesson, on the content page for the lesson, click the ellipsis (…) and then click the Resync course option. Note: This option is available to site admins and users in admin groups with the Manage content permission enabled.

  • Reminder: New search experience feedback: In the previous release, we made the new search experience available on Pink Fuse for you to test. In the mean time, we are still busy improving and refining it. We would love to hear any feedback on the search experience in Pink Fuse so far.If you would like to leave feedback, please don't hesitate to do so using the Share your feedback about the product form in the assistant:

What's been fixed:

  • Upload screen: We've fixed the following issues on the new Upload screen:

    • The placeholder text within the Description and Add a notification message (Optional) fields was overlapping the text area in the those fields. Additionally, after populating and then clicking outside the field, some users found that an unnecessary blank space would appear inside the fields.

    • The Add to a topic chapter dropdown, located underneath the Post to a community option, was overlapping the side navigation.

    • Some users found that when they searched for a community in the Post to a community section and selected it, the selected community was duplicated in the list of communities in the search results below.

    • When users uploaded a thumbnail to a file on the Upload screen that was over 2MB, they would receive an error telling them it was too large. When they removed the file and re-uploaded thumbnails that were below 2MB in size limit, the error message would remain visible on the screen, even though the file was now within the correct size limit. This has now been fixed.

  • Users were encountered blank screens when navigating back and forth using their browser's navigation buttons: Some users found that when they were navigating between screens on the platform using their browser's built-in navigation, such as the back and forward buttons, some screens in the platform would go blank when landing on them. This issue has now been fixed.

  • The bottom navigation bar was not scaling correctly on mobile browsers: The bottom navigation bar, available to users accessing the platform on mobile web browsers, was not scaling correctly, causing some of the features on it, such as the Home and Menu options, to become partially cut off at the edges of the screen. This issue has now been fixed.

What’s new:

Release of the new Fuse mobile app

We've just released our new and improved mobile app. The new mobile app not only brings a fresh and updated UI with intuitive, mobile-friendly navigation, but it also brings parity with the desktop version of the platform, meaning that the mobile app now includes many of the same useful features that are available on desktop.

On the new and improved mobile app, you can quickly and easily do the following while on the go:

  • Create, post, and share content to communities.

  • Engage with other users in your organisation through comments, likes  and the sharing of content via the main content feed.

  • Search for content or retrieve answers.

  • Access your assigned learning plans, the events you are attending, communities you are a member of, and the content you have posted to the platform.

  • Check your notifications.

  • If you are a site admin, you can administer the platform and adjust settings.

For more details, see this post.

6 November 2025

What’s new:

  • New search experience: We've released our new search experience on Pink Fuse.

What's been fixed

  • The privacy policy required users to authenticate in order to view it: Some users were asked to authenticate in order to view the platform's privacy policy, when ordinarily users are not required to do so. This has now been fixed.

  • The top navigation bar on mobile is showing as transparent: The top navigation bar on the mobile UI, as shown when viewing the platform on mobile browsers, was showing as transparent, making it difficult for users to see it properly. To address this, we've made the top navigation bar white so that it shows up more clearly.

For more details, see this post.

23 October 2025

What's new:

  • Course+ general release: We're pleased to announce that Course+ has moved out of beta and into general release. Course+ is an optional add-on. If you would like Course+ enabled in your platform, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager. Just as a recap - Course+ is Fuse’s AI-powered eLearning authoring tool, which enables you to create interactive and engaging learning experiences quickly and easily and then publish them for your users to consume. Unlike traditional SCORM courses, with Course+ you can create, update, collaborate on, version, and publish your lessons all from within the platform without having to utilise external tooling.

  • Events: You can now filter the list of events in the Events screen by those taking place within a specific period, making it easier for you to find a specific event you are attending or have access to. For example, you might want to filter the list to only show events taking place between October and November 2025.

  • New Upload screen: We're also happy to announce that along with the general release of Course+, our new Upload screen has also moved out of beta and is now available in the platform. The new Upload screen has a fresh, more modern look and feel, as well as an easier to use UI, and can be accessed via the Create button on the side navigation. The new screen comes with the following improvements:

    • You can now add a maximum of 10 files per upload.

    • As part of the upload process, you can quickly notify predefined groups of users, such as your team, your managers or your reportees, and enter an optional message for them.

    • Add the files directly into chapters within topics in the selected communities.

What's been fixed:

When users apply for a SCORM course, they get an error: Some users found that when they applied to take a SCORM course using the Apply for course button, instead of having their request sent, they received an error. This issue has now been fixed.

For more details, see this post.

9 October 2025

What’s new:

  • Course+: Lessons from Course+ that you have published to the platform are now searchable via keyword search and AI Answers. This means you can quickly find a specific lesson by searching for it or get AI-generated answers from it by asking questions.

  • Events: You can now change the owner of an existing event. We've added a new field called "Event owner", which can be found in the About the event section when editing the details of an existing event via the Events admin screen. You simply search for a user and then select them from the list and they'll become the new owner of the event. The Event owner field is particularly useful if the original owner of an event has left your organisation, their account has since been deactivated, and there is nobody to receive important event notifications, such as event approvals. When a new owner has been selected, any event-related notifications, including approvals and email notifications, are received by the new owner.

As part of this update, we have also updated some labels on some existing checkboxes in the event creation and edit flows for consistency and clarity.

    From now on:

    • The label for the Event creator checkbox in the Applicant approval section, used to specify whether or not the creator of the event is a specified approver, has now changed to "Event owner".

    • The label for the Event creator checkbox in the Notifications section, used to determine whether or not the creator is notified about the upcoming event, has now changed to "Event owner".

  • Translations: We've made some updates to German translations of labels on the You screen. In the German translation of Fuse 4, the You option on the side menu and the title of the You screen itself, were translated incorrectly, and were showing as "Sie" when they should have been "You". Both labels have been updated.

What's been fixed

  • Copy topics: Some users found that when they copied a topic across from one community to another using the Copy topics functionality, the topic did not appear in the target community when they checked it. This has now been fixed.

  • Some SSO users were asked to change their password: Some users who sign in using the Single-sign-on (SSO) button were being asked to reset their password even though they using SSO. This has now been resolved, and users who use SSO to authenticate are no longer being asked to reset their password.

For more details, see this post.

25 September 2025

What's new:

  • Course+ early access: Fuse’s AI-powered eLearning authoring tool, which enables you to create interactive and engaging learning experiences quickly and easily and then publish them for your users to consume. Unlike traditional SCORM courses, with Course+ you can create, update, collaborate on, version, and publish your lessons all from within the platform without having to utilise external tooling:

    • Quickly and easily transform raw content into engaging, bite-sized and searchable lessons that support performance at the point of need, complete with eye-catching and useful imagery, and interactive elements such as quizzes and assessments.

    • You can create a lesson in a variety of different ways and you can use a specific source to form the basis of your lesson, which you can go on to manually tweak and change until you are happy with the final output.

    • Lessons can be published to the platform as standalone content, or you can add them to learning plans and topics in the same way as standard SCORM courses and other items of Fuse content so that they form a part of your users' structured, formal learning. Once published, lessons can also be tracked using SCORM reporting.

  • New Upload screen: We've launched our new Upload screen, now available to customers using Course+, but will be made available to all Fuse 4 users in the coming weeks. The new Upload screen has a fresh, more modern look and feel, as well as an easier to use UI, and can be accessed by using the "add to community" button in Course+.

  • Webhooks: We've made some updates to our webhooks. From now on they will include an optional X-Auth authentication method that you can make use of for 3rd-party integrations when needed. If you are integrating with a 3rd party platform that wants to provide you with an X-Auth token in order to utilise webhooks, then you can provide these tokens to us so that these can be utilised as part of that integration. From now on, our Learning plan completions and profile updates, SCORM completions, and Event updates webhooks are able to notify the 3rd party platforms in real time when specific learning activities (such as learning plans or SCORM courses) are completed or event attendance is marked.

For more details, see this post.

11 September 2025

What's been fixed

  • Notification infrastructure changes: We've made some final stability improvements to notifications as part of a series of fixes to ensure that notifications can scale with the platform. Although you may not see any immediate change, for those that were still experiencing issues with notifications for learning plans with 50k+ assignees, we now identify the notifications in a more scalable way, ensuring everyone gets the notifications they should. This includes ensuring that deadline and expiry reminder notifications and emails are triggering at the correct times when configured and large shares are delivered in a shorter time period.

  • Users were repeatedly redirected back to the login screen after authenticating: Some users found that when they authenticated to the platform using the SSO button, and then accepted the terms and conditions for using the platform, they were automatically redirected back to the login screen again, becoming stuck in a loop that prevented them from successfully logging in. This has now been fixed, meaning that users can authenticate successfully once again.

  • SSO users were asked to change their password: Users who signed in using the Single-sign-on (SSO) button were being asked to reset their password. This has now been resolved, and users who use SSO to authenticate are no longer being asked to reset their password.

For more details, see this post.

1 September 2025

What's new:

  •  SCORM: We've added the following updates to SCORM courses:

    • You can now reset your own progress for a SCORM course: We've added an option to the dropdown menu on landing pages for SCORM courses called Reset course for me, which allows you to reset your progress for a SCORM course. You may want to do this if you or your users have gotten stuck on a blank page or having issues recording completion

    • You can now reset the progress of all users for a SCORM course: We've added an option to the dropdown menu on landing pages for SCORM courses called Reset course for all users. If you are an admin or the content owner, you can use this option to reset the progress of all users on a particular SCORM course.

What's been fixed:

  • The "Create" tab was not honouring admin group permissions: When Fuse 4 was enabled for some clients, they found that the new Create button was not honouring admin groups that had previously been set up with content-related permissions found in the Admin post functions access section of the Admin Groups screen. For example, users who were members of admin groups that granted the ability to post certain types of content were not able to see these content types listed under the Create button, which meant that users who were usually entitled to post certain content types were not able to do so. This issue has now been fixed, and the Create button is now working correctly for clients who have moved across to Fuse 4.

  • The Swedish UI translations contained errors: Some users found that when they were using Fuse 4 in Swedish, there were mistakes in the translation throughout the platform, such as in translations of the text strings, some menu tabs, and screen titles, including on the Feed, You, and History screens. This issue has now been fixed, and the Swedish translation of the platform is showing correctly again.

For more details, see this post.

7 August 2025

What's new:

  • Log out button (Fuse 4): We've added a Log out button to the side navigation in Fuse 4 on desktop and mobile browsers so that users can easily and seamlessly log out of the platform from most screens.

  • Mobile browser (Fuse 4): As part of our ongoing work of improving the mobile web browser experience in the run-up to implementing our new and improved mobile app, we've added mobile-friendly top navigation bar options to some more screens in Fuse 4 for mobile browsers, including mobile-friendly icons for the side navigation, create button, and your notifications, bringing them inline with other mobile browser screens we've previously added these options to, which you can read about here in a previous release
We've added these options to the following screens:

    • Leaderboard

    • Surveys

    • One-to-Ones

    • Observations

    • My dashboard

    • Admin panel

For more details, see this post.

21 July 2025

What's new:

  • Support for Welsh language UI: We've added Welsh to our list of supported languages.

    • This means that from now on, you can:

    • Switch the Fuse UI to Welsh by selecting cy - Cymraeg from the Language dropdown in user profiles.

    • Upload Welsh transcripts to videos.

    • Ask questions in Welsh and receive Welsh-language answers or search in Welsh and retrieve relevant search results when you have relevant Welsh-language content on your platform.

  • Reporting: You can now request that custom profile fields be removed from both quick and custom reports:

    • In the case of quick reports, if a custom field is excluded, it simply doesn't appear in any of the available quick reports when generated.

    • In the case of custom reports, if a custom field is excluded, it no longer appears in the Optional fields section and in filters on the report creation screen.

If you wish to have one or more of your custom profile fields excluded from reports in your platform, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager and they will have them excluded.

  • AI Answers: We've added a fallback mechanism that allows Fuse to better process files, such as those with complex formatting, so that they can be searched and AI-generated answers can be extracted from them. From now on, if Fuse experiences difficulties reading and chunking a file during the normal upload process, this fallback mechanism is automatically initiated, and the file is ingested and processed as plain text.

Prior to introducing this fallback mechanism, during the upload and ingestion process, files with complex formatting were either not indexed at all or they were not chunked properly, resulting in the file being unsuitable for AI-generated answers. For example, in some cases, only one chunk would be extracted, and the rest of the information in the file would be ignored.

What's been fixed

  • AI Answers: We've fixed the following issues related to AI Answers:

    • Users would get ordinary keyword search results even when an AI-generated answer should have been available: Occasionally, users would ask a question in the search bar, and instead of receiving an AI-generated answer, they'd receive a set of keyword search results, and these search results would include the content with the relevant information that would ordinarily be used in an AI-generated answer. This issue has now been fixed, and AI-generated answers are being produced when the correct source content is available in AI-indexed communities.

    • Users were not receiving AI-generated answers even when they should have been available: Occasionally, users would ask a question in the search bar, and instead of receiving an AI-generated answer, they'd receive an "I'm sorry, we couldn't find an answer to your question" message, even when relevant content was available in the AI-indexed communities that could be used as a source for an AI-generated answer. This issue has now been fixed.

For more details, see this post.

1 July 2025

What's new:

  • AI Answers: To assist both admins and users, we've created some extensive documentation and resources for AI Answers, including admin documentation, rollout checklists, configuration guides, content and community preparedness checklists, and user documentation with FAQs and tips and tricks for getting the most out of the feature.

    We've included:

    • AI Answers end-user documentation: This provides an overview of what AI Answers is and what it is used for on the platform.

    • Best practices guidance when asking questions: This includes guidance on which question types produce the best answers and how to ask questions effectively in your platform.

    • Content creation readiness checklists: AI Answers works best when content and files are clean, consistent, and logically structured, so we've put together a checklist to help you prepare content so that AI Answers can easily extract the best and most useful AI-generated answers from the content in your selected communities.

    • AI configuration documentation for site admins: We've put together some configuration documentation aimed at site admins, which explains how to set up AI Answers once it has been enabled in the platform.

    • A comprehensive go-live checklist for site admins: We've created a go-live checklist designed to help site admins fully prepare and cover all bases when rolling out AI Answers on the platform for the first time, such as how to decide which communities to use, ensuring the content is reviewed and ready, effective communication, and so on.

  • Mobile browser (Fuse 4): As part of our ongoing work of improving the mobile web browser experience in the run-up to implementing our new and improved mobile app, we've added the following changes to Fuse on mobile web browsers:

    • Content creation icon: We've added a mobile-friendly icon that allows you to quickly and easily create content when accessing Fuse on mobile web browsers. Instead of having to expand the side navigation, simply select the + icon in the top-right corner, and you can quickly and easily create content just as you would on a normal desktop web browser.

    • Notification bell: We've added a notification bell, visible on certain screens when viewing Fuse on mobile web browsers, allowing you to quickly and easily check your notifications.

  • Events: From now on, when you duplicate an event occurrence, the training duration will also be copied across to the new event occurrence. Previously, if you copied an event occurrence, this would not be copied across with the other details, such as start/end date and time, description, host, location, code, and approval settings.

  • My team: From now on, when viewing the My team screen, managers can see when their reportees have completed recurring learning plans and can see when the learning plan has been locked for the current compliance period following completion. When a reportee has completed a recurring learning plan for the current compliance period, a padlock symbol will be shown on the learning plan, indicating that they have completed it for that period, along with the date on which they must complete it again.

What's been fixed:

  • Certificates could not be accessed after a SCORM file was updated: In some cases, if an existing SCORM course was updated with a new file using the Update content with a new file option, any previous certificates that users received for completing the SCORM course prior to the update could no longer be downloaded and viewed, and instead, an error message would be shown when those users attempted to access the certificates. This has now been fixed, and users can once again download and view their previous certificates for SCORM courses, even if the course file has been updated.

  • Reporting: Some users found that when they generated both the custom and quick versions of the learning plans report after importing view data for content inside learning plans, that the completion date for users in the report was showing as the date they imported the view data for the items of content, rather than the actual completion date they specified in the CSV import. This has now been fixed and the correct completion date for the learning plan is being shown.

For more details, see this post.

10 June 2025

What's new:

  • Reporting: You can now create custom survey reports on the Reporting screen. This custom report allows you to generate a list of users and the surveys they've completed. This includes details such as the ID of the user, the survey name and ID, the user's completion date, and the answer they've given for each question in the survey. As with all other custom reports, you can schedule and share it with other users on the platform, refine and narrow the data in the report using filters, and add or remove optional fields.

  • You screen: We've made the following improvements to the You screen:

    • When you click the View more button at the end of carousels in the Events tab of the You screen, you can now filter the list of events by community

    • When you click the View more button at the end of carousels in the Learning plans tab of the You screen, you can now filter the list of learning plans by community

  • Reset of SCORM suspend data: As a first step in our efforts to improve SCORM in the platform, you can now replace existing SCORM files directly using the Choose file button on the Edit content screen. This will remove the suspend data for all incomplete users for the SCORM course, and their progress will be reset to zero.  Prior to this update, if an existing SCORM file was replaced with a new one, it would cause incomplete users to become stuck, and they would be unable to restart the course or continue it. Please note that after replacing an existing SCORM file, it can take a few minutes for the changes to take effect and for in-progress users to have their progress reset.

  • Events: We've increased the maximum number of event occurrences that can be displayed on the Events screen in Fuse 4, from 100 to 500 event occurrences:

  • Navigation bar on Fuse 4 for mobile browsers: As a first step to improving the mobile experience in the run-up to implementing our new mobile app, we've added a mobile-friendly navigation bar at the bottom of the screen for users accessing Fuse 4 on mobile web browsers. This navigation bar appears for users instead of the side navigation shown to users viewing pages on desktop and allows you to navigate to the following Fuse 4 screens:

  • Home

  • You

  • Search

  • Feed

Let us know what you think!

What's been fixed:

  • Learning plans: We've fixed the following issues related to learning plans:

    • Automated learning plan expiry emails were not being sent to users: Some users were not receiving automatic expiry notifications in the run-up to the expiry for learning plans they'd been assigned, even though this had been configured in the Before deadline/expiry section of the Expiry tab. This has now been fixed and users are receiving notifications again.

    • Learning plans were displaying in the wrong order: Learning plans were showing in the wrong order on the Learning plans screen in Fuse 4. They were ordered from oldest to newest, when instead, they should have been ordered from newest to oldest by default. This has now been fixed.

  • AI Answers: Users were unable to surface AI-generated answers in searches if they copied and pasted questions that included formatted text. For example, if a question was copied and pasted from a formatted document and it featured bolding or underlined text, Fuse was unable to retrieve an AI-generated answer, even though pasting the exact same question without the formatting produced an answer. This has now been fixed.

  • Topics: Topics were showing in the wrong order on the Topics screen in Fuse 4. They were ordered from oldest to newest, when instead, they should have been ordered from newest to oldest by default. This has now been fixed.

  • Buttons took users to the wrong tab on the 'You' screen: Some users found that when they clicked the My events button on the Events screen, or the My communities button on the Communities screen in Fuse 4, they were not taken to the relevant, corresponding tab on the You page, and would instead land on the Learning plans tab. This has now been fixed and users are taken to the correct corresponding tab

  • Events: We've fixed the following issues related to events:

    • Managers were unable to approve users to attend events via email notifications: Some managers were unable to approve users to attend events via email notifications. When asked to approve a user to attend an event, a manager would receive an email notification, but when they clicked “Approve”, they were redirected to the landing page for the event and the user's request would be declined when, in fact, it should have been approved. This has now been fixed, and managers and other approvers can once again successfully approve users to attend events via email notifications.

    • Some event admins were unable to search for and add users to event occurrences: Some event admins found that when they tried to search for and add users to event occurrences using the Add users popup in the event management screen, they could not find them in the search dropdown, and therefore they couldn't be added to the event occurrence. This has now been fixed.

  • The "My events" and "Create an event" buttons were appearing in the wrong order on the Events screen: Buttons in the top-right corner of the Events screen in Fuse 4 were ordered differently from the buttons on equivalent screens in the platform, such as the Communities screen, so for ease of navigation and in a continued effort to ensure consistency in our platform, we've changed the ordering of the buttons at the top-right of the Events screen so that they match the button order on other screens:

For more details, see this post.

What's new:

  • Surveys: We've made the following improvements to surveys:

    • Search for a particular answered survey: From now on, on the Surveys admin screen, when you click on a survey to see how many times it has been taken, you can search for a particular completion by entering a user's name, as well as sort the list by “Newest first” or “Oldest first”. This is particularly useful if you've got a long list of completions for a survey, or users have completed the survey multiple times at different points, and you want to find a particular completion:

    • Search for an available survey: We've added a search bar to the Surveys screen on the sidebar, enabling you to quickly and easily search for a particular survey to take:

  • Observations: We've made the following improvements to observations:

    • Sort the list of completed observations: From now on, on the Observations admin screen, when you click on a particular observation template, you can sort the list of completed observations for that particular template by "Newest first" or "Oldest first":

    • Search for a particular observation template: From now on, when managers go to the Observations screen on the sidebar and select a user on which to carry out an observation, they can search the list for a particular template. For example, managers in your organisation might have access to lots of different templates for a range of different observation purposes, such as ones for quarterly reviews, yearly reviews, and so on. With this search bar, they can quickly and easily locate the specific template they need for an observation:

What's been fixed:

  • Mobile app: When users tried to reset their password using the Reset Password button on the login screen of the mobile app, the link wouldn't open in their device's default browser, preventing them from resetting their password. For example, if a user had Microsoft Edge installed as their default browser and tapped the Reset Password button, the reset password screen wouldn't open in Microsoft Edge on their device. This has now been fixed.

  • Saved screen: When some users clicked the View button on private and protected communities that they had saved in the Saved screen, they were presented with an error instead of being taken to the community. This has now been fixed, and users can once again click through to private and protected communities they've saved.

  • Learning plans: Learning plan tiles were displaying incorrect wording for learning plans that were overdue or had not been started:
