Smart connectors

With Fuse’s smart connectors, you can quickly and easily integrate with a multitude of platforms and external content sources that you and your learners utilise on a daily basis, such as learning content libraries and learning management systems (LMS), allowing you to pull the content from these sources directly into Fuse’s search results and feeds, as well as allowing you to add and organise the content in and topics, which can then be added to learning plans, so that learners can access it as part of their formal learning. With Fuse’s smart connectors, you can access the content where you need it, unifying your learning content ecosystem and making Fuse the go-to platform for your learners’ needs.

Note: All connectors come with an additional cost. Please reach out to your customer success consultant (CSC) if you have any queries about this.

How are items of external content displayed in the Fuse platform?

Items of content from your chosen external provider, such as an LMS or content provider, are shown in your Fuse platform as native content objects, which when clicked, take you to the original source content in the external provider’s platform, where they can view and complete it.

Are completions and views for items of external content tracked in the Fuse platform?

Completions for items of content from your chosen external provider are synced, which means if a user completes or views an item in the external provider’s platform, the relevant view or completion is also registered in your Fuse platform as well.
