Reporting (Beta)

• You can now share custom reports with other users
   

• We've added the All reports tab to the Reporting (Beta) screen, which enables site admins to see reports that have been generated across their platform
   

• We've added the Shared with me tab to the Reporting (Beta) screen, which enables users to see which reports have been shared with them
   

•  We've added a new, permanent admin group to the Admin groups screen, which can be used to grant or revoke access to shared reports
   

• We've added a "User assignment status" column to custom learning plan reports to help you identify how each user was assigned

Reporting

• You As part of the creation process, you can now schedule custom reports so that they are generated automatically at regular intervals
  

• You can now edit custom reports in the Reporting (Beta) screen
  

• We've added some additional filters to custom reports to help you further refine them
  

• You can now see all the previous versions of a custom report you've created in the My reports tab, instead of only the last three versions

Fuse privacy policy

• We've updated the link to the Fuse privacy policy across all instances

Search

• We've reduced the time it takes for events to be returned in search results

In-product guides

• We've added some more in-product guides /wiki/spaces/customerwiki/pages/3756064776 to help you navigate and use certain features.

Reporting

Analytics  

• We've removed the deprecated Analytics panel from the Analytics screen in both the Admin Panel and Community Admin screen

• Quick Reports: Quick reports are preconfigured versions of our 3 most popular reports that can be created instantly at the click of a button

These include: 

• Learning plan report: A list of users and their completion data for a selected learning plan

  • SCORM report: A list of users and their completion data for a selected SCORM course

  • All users report: A list of all users on the platform, including the details and settings in their profiles
    

• French-Canadian language support:

  • Content creators can now select French Canadian as a language option when using our Universal Content feature

  • The Fuse UI has been translated into French Canadian, so users can now experience Fuse in this language
    

• Fuse Assistant (Only on Pink Fuse for now): The Fuse Assistant provides you with access to the following in the flow of work:

  • Announcements

  • Pink Fuse Community

  • Step-by-step Guides
