In the Reporting tab, you can download a report containing the details of each user participating in the learning plan. 

The report contains the following details:  

FieldDescription
User IDThe user's ID. 
UserThe user's full name, for example, Timothy Smith. 
CompletenessHow much progress the user has made (in percentage), for example, 100. 
Start dateThe date and time the user started the learning plan, for example, 2019-08-08T14:15.000z.
End dateThe date and time the user completed the learning plan, for example, 2019-09-08T15:30.000z.

Downloading a participant report

To download a participant report:

  1. Click Download. 

    A CSV file is downloaded, containing the participant details for each assigned user.
