Geographical location (Audience)
Geographical location (Audience)
You might create an audience that only includes users from a specific location. This can be achieved if you have custom profile fields for geographical locations, such as Country or Region. For example, you might create an audience that is just for users based in London.
Fields related to geographical locations (such as Location, Country, Region, City) are custom profile fields. If you do not have these fields set up in Fuse, please contact your CSC and they can configure them for you.
To create this audience:
On the Audience Management screen, click Create a new audience.
The Create new audience screen appears.
In the Name field, enter a name for the audience. For example, UK Employees.
In the Include users where... section:
- Click Add filter.
- From the Please select an option dropdown, select the applicable profile field. In this example it is Location.
- From the = dropdown, select Equals and enter the name of a pre-existing option for the profile field and select it. In this example, London.
- Click Save.
