SAPSuccessFactors

As part of the implementation of your SAPSuccessFactors connector, Fuse requires you to retrieve some credentials, including your learning hub URL, company ID, and admin ID and secret. Once you have done this, the implementation team will ask you for these in order to progress with the implementation of your connector.

Locating the learning hub URL

1. Log in to SAPSuccessFactors.

2. Access the Learning Module.

3. Search for “Learning Administration“ in the search bar and select the Learning Administration module.

4. In the browser’s address bar, locate the URL and save it somewhere safe, as Fuse will ask for this later in order to progress with your connector implementation.

   In this case: https://sfcpart000906.scdemo.successfactors.com/ is the access point.

Locating the company ID

1. Click your profile image in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, and in the modal, you will see Company ID. Copy and paste the company ID somewhere safe, as Fuse will ask for this later in order to progress with your connector implementation.

Finding the admin ID and client secret

1. In SuccessFactors, click Learning Administration > System Administration > Security > Administrators.

2. Search for the administrator for this integration and click the Edit icon.

3. Copy and paste the AdminID for this UserActivation somewhere safe, as Fuse will ask for this later in order to progress with your connector implementation.

4. Click Generate Client Secret and copy and paste the client secret somewhere safe, as Fuse will ask for this later in order to progress with your connector implementation.​
